What is it?

Arginine (L-Arginine) - a conditionally essential amino acid, a natural component of the skin's NMF, and a precursor of proline in collagen synthesis. Acts as an antioxidant (neutralizes peroxynitrite), pH regulator, and moisturizer. In INCI: Arginine or L-Arginine.

Used in barrier repair products, collagen and peptide serums, post-shave products (soothing), toners, and hair conditioners.

Key Benefits

Natural component of NMF and hydration
Arginine - part of the skin's natural moisturizing factor. Attracts and retains moisture in the stratum corneum, restoring natural hydration.
Support for collagen synthesis
Precursor of proline and hydroxyproline - key amino acids in collagen structure. Supports the synthesis and repair of skin connective tissue.
Antioxidant protection
